Backs usVisit King'sMOMI is an AI-powered hotel operating system that brings five-star service within reach of every hotel by coordinating guest requests, taking repetitive work off staff and giving managers the insights to improve performance and revenue.
Hotels have a system for rooms and payments, and one for bookings before arrival. They have never had one for what happens between check-in and check-out. MOMI is that layer.
Guests write on WhatsApp or call, in their own language, with nothing to download. MOMI answers, books and follows up, at any hour of the day or night.
Every request that needs a person becomes a tracked ticket, assigned to the right department, with its full history. Routine work leaves the front desk.
A live view of what guests ask, what is still open, which department is slow and what is being sold. Decisions on numbers, not on reviews.

Guido Filippetti grew up in hospitality. He learnt early what every hotel knows and few guests ever see: behind a good stay there are hundreds of small requests a day, passed from person to person, with a front desk that carries all of them and nothing written down.
MOMI was born from that paradox. Hotels have systems for rooms, payments and bookings, but the part that makes a stay feel welcoming, the towels, the table, the taxi at 6, the message that has to reach the next shift, still runs on memory and goodwill. Making hospitality genuinely welcoming is still far too complicated, for the guest who waits and for the people who work there.
MOMI took shape at King's College London, where it won the King's accelerator, first among 115 startups, and the Soyoye Prize. MOMI AI S.r.l. was founded in Milan in February 2026. In summer 2026 the first pilot ran at Hotel Charlie in Pesaro, with real guests in high season, and the Lindbergh group became MOMI's first client and design partner.
Different partners, one shared goal: making hotel operations work better.

Builds with usVisit 24 ORE Business SchoolAn AI-powered hotel operating system. It answers guests on WhatsApp in their own language, turns every request into a ticket for the right department and gives managers a clear view of what guests ask and what the hotel sells.
No. It takes the repetitive part: the same questions, the requests passed from shift to shift, the messages at 11 pm. Everything that needs a person becomes a tracked ticket with its history, so the team spends its time on the guest in front of them.
Days, not months. MOMI needs nothing new in the hotel: no hardware, no app for guests, no new software for the staff. The hotel's answers, menus and house rules are loaded once, and MOMI is ready to talk to guests.
No. The PMS, the booking engine and the tools the team already works with stay exactly as they are. MOMI sits alongside them and reads only the stay data it needs to know who it is talking to. Nothing is replaced or reconfigured.
No. Spa, restaurant, transfers, excursions: everything a guest books through MOMI is the hotel's revenue, in full.
Yes. MOMI ran its first pilot in a hotel in Pesaro during high season 2026, with real guests and the hotel's own team, and an Italian hotel group is its first client and design partner. What we learned there is in the product.
MOMI AI S.r.l., an Italian innovative startup founded in Milan in February 2026 by Guido Filippetti, with an in-house technical team. It took shape at King's College London, where it won the King's Start-up Accelerator and the Soyoye Entrepreneurship Prize, and it was born inside a hotel group. Offices in London, Milan and Pesaro.
Guest data belongs to the hotel: the hotel is the data controller and MOMI processes it on the hotel's behalf under the GDPR, with a standard data processing agreement. What MOMI remembers about a guest stays with that stay and that hotel. The privacy policy is published on this site.
